Complete Historic Structures Report, the leadership and involvement of preservation architects - converting what once was a personal residence into an active, high-traffic, accredited historic house museum requires study, advance planning, various modifications to the physical plant, and a commitment to long term funding in order to provide a safe and education environment for visitors and the collection.

Created window museum pieces for visitors to the property while work goes on inside the home, to correlate with the timing of the State Fair of Texas.
Inaugural Juanita J. Craft Humanitarian Awards at the State Fair of Texas, Main Stage Event, and to be held each year during the State Fair. (2018 Awardees: Willie Mae Coleman, Robert Edison, Candace Thompson). Raising awareness and sponsorship opportunity for the home and museum.

Established the JuanitaCraftHouse.org Website to provide details of the initiative and opportunity for donors to support the work.
